Charcoal Cake Eyeliner comes with a Thin Liner Brush

Charcoal Cake Eyeliner creates a dark eyeliner thats not quite black and not quite gray.  It activates with water or my Eyeliner Sealer to create a more water-resistant eyeliner.  Swirl brush to get your desired texture and darkness.  

You can use an eyeliner brush of your choosing.  I like the slant tipped thin eyeliner brush or an angle brush or a number 6 brush for a thicker eyeliner.  ~ Jlil
