Wine Sheer Matte Shadow

Wine Sheer is a reddish brown shadow. It is a classy looking shadow that gives a hint of gorgeous color. I like to use it with a wet brush at times to give a stronger look.  You can also use it with a dry fluffy brush for a softer blended look.  Use it all over the lid for a smokey look or just the outer corners for more eye definition. ~ Jill
