Whimsical Eye Shadow

Whimsical is a bright teal shadow eye shadow with a tiniest hint of glitter.  It's a triple milled pressed eye shadow.  You can wear it boldly or sheer it out for a light wash of beautiful color.  It's amazingly flattering to your eyes.  ~ Jill
