Holly Berry Waterproof Gel Lip Liner Pencil

Holly Berry is a gorgeous Berry with cool blue undertone and just a touch of glisten. I use Holly Berry color to draw lip liner to use with plum, red, browns and neutral lip colors.  

All my waterproof gel lip liners glide on smoothly, help prevent lip color from bleeding and feathering, and lock lipstick in place for hours. It's the best at shaping and drawing your desired lip shape.  You can use it alone to outline, color in or wear with gloss over it. ~ Jill 

Note: The lip liner pencil requires sharpening.  Be sure to keep the cap on to maintain freshness.
