Naked Waterproof Gel Lip Liner Pencil is a Soft Beige Nude with cool undertones. 

All my waterproof gel lip liners glide on smoothly, help prevent lip color from bleeding and feathering, and lock lipstick in place for hours. It's the best at shaping and drawing your desired lip shape.  You can use it alone to outline, color in or wear with gloss over it. ~ Jill

How To Use

Outline and fill in lips, starting at the center of the mouth on both the upper and lower lip lines. Follow by applying lipstick or lip gloss, or wear alone. Close cap tightly after application.
