Liquid Black Mini Eyeliner

Liquid Black Mini Eyeliner is what you need to carry on your trip or for your daily commute and touch ups.  It has a very thin brush that draws on the perfect winged liner.  It dries quickly. The tube is so lightweight it barely weighs anything yet it does so much.  I use it between eyelashes, too, to give a thicker and lusher look.  ~ Jill
