Blue Black Automatic Eyeliner Pencil

My sleek automatic eyeliner looks black at first but you'll see a tinge of dark blue when applied to your eyeliner.  I often recommend using it if black is too dark for you or if you just want to change up your eye makeup look.   Blue Black gives the eye the illusion of brightness.
