Blue Kohl Eyeliner Pencil

I love this color for the instant pop and eye opening effect it creates.  It gives the effect of whiter eyes making you look younger and more awake.  I use it in the upper and lower waterline of your eyes. It's a great consistency, too.  Not too soft, not hard, so it doesn't drag and pull on the delicate eye area. It It's quite a bargain, too.  The pencil is made in France.  ~ Jill
