Charcoal Cake Eyeliner comes with a Thin Liner Brush and Sealer solution

Charcoal Cake Eyeliner creates a dark eyeliner thats not quite black and not quite gray.  It is a natural looking color. It activates with water or my Eyeliner Sealer that creates a more water-resistant eyeliner.  Swirl brush to get your desired thickness and darkness. The best part?  If you use a cake eyeliner to do your eyeliner this little pot of color lasts a really long time! 

You can use any eyeliner brush of your choosing. Included in this set is a long, thin brush. ~ Jill
