Mystic Gel Eye Liner Pencil

Mystic is a blue-gray eyeliner that is ultra-flattering to eyes. 

Gel Eye Liner is a very different kind of eyeliner pencil.  The color tip is made of a gel formula making for a very soft tipped pencil.  The Gel Eye liner glides on easily with no pulling or tugging. Once it sets and dries, it will stay on and on, until you take it off. It's got great color payoff.  ~ Jill. 

Important Tip: Make sure you place the cap on the pencil when not in use to avoid dry out.  This pencil is a gel liner that will dry out. ~ A pencil lasts 6 - 9 months when stored properly.
