Eyeliner Sealer is my favorite product for applying cake eyeliner with great durability  and improved water resistance.   It's also a perfect mixer to add to any eyeshadow to turn it into an eyeliner.  It's much better than plain water.  It's safe for your eyes and for contact lens wearers.  A drop or two into a cake eyeliner or shadow is all you'll need.  ~ Jill
