Refund policy

EXCHANGES
Our goal is for you to be totally happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, once a product has been used it cannot be returned for a refund. Therefore we will only accept it for an exchange of equal or lesser value, or put it towards another item (s). Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Any item that arrives damaged or defective in any way needs to be reported to us within 30 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange. Please include the new desired product and reason for exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping / Mailing Address:
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: Beauty & Grace, Inc. 215-43 48th Ave. #1D Oakland Gardens US 11364. Please use appropriate shipping materials to protect the product in transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are entitled to an exchange, we will pay shipping costs to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
