Gel Liner Pencils are different kind of eyeliners because they are very soft and are gentle and smooth. They are very long wearing liners that give intense color pay-off. Moisturizing and hydrating ingredients provide a soft, blendable application. It's a great eyeliner pencil that glides on and allows time for blending and then stays in place when dry and set. ~ Jill
Important Tip: Make sure you place the cap on the pencil when not in use to avoid dry out. This pencil is a gel liner that will dry out. ~ A pencil should last 6 - 9 months when stored properly.
