Hello friends. I have some things to say. I've come across some negative and possibly envious people comment to me this question: "Who the hell do you think you are putting your name on products; how vain and arrogant of you!". For those of you who might have thought that...here's my response. Ha! I've been in the beauty business for most of my life. (Read the About Me section to know more about my early beginnings). I've lived in the beauty world. Modeling. Running world wide model searches. Exploring new products everywhere I travel. Why? I've always loved new beauty potions. My mother loved them, too. They were always a priority for us; an affordable luxury within reach unlike the designer clothes and jewelry I craved from the glossy magazines I devoured each month. Before I was a professional makeup artist and started my own line, I used to buy every new product that attracted to me. I bought into all the advertising hype and glossy magazine ads.I spent so much time and money trying products that promised results like I saw in their ads. Maybe it was my quest for finding the best beauty routine for me and finding my look and in turn finding myself. I was creating the image I wanted to see looking back at me in the mirror. In curating my own line of cosmetics and skincare products, I've found it! It's my thing that I know about and do well in life. My products and technique simply work! They've been very effective for me and thousands of others who use my products. I do it because I want to share my knowledge, techniques and affordable products with YOU. Maybe it's not your thing or your priority but that's okay. I've done the work so you don't have to. You can concentrate on your priorities and what your thing in life is.
I can call myself a Beauty Expert because I'm a Professional Makeup Artist for over twenty five years. I've observed and listened to thousand's of women's and men's concerns about their looks for ages. I sell them, continue to experiment and test every product I sell. I continue to listen to what women's beauty concerns are. I've learned techniques from other pros who are considered the best in their field and created a few tricks of my own. It comes with practice and working with people of all ages and all walks of life. I know what works. I know what doesn't. I've watched trends come and go and come back again. There's always the new, improved and better. Some actually are. I've worked for and with the most expensive and hyped products and companies. I learned their secrets and ingredients. I often stroll through makeup stores seeing the latest marketing techniques and trying out the expensive, beautiful, cute and often times gimmicky products where the hype and company image is the big draw. But often the product Inside that fancy packaging is rather ordinary and not that great. Most are not worth their prices. I hear from women how their mascara's dry up after a month. Their concealers don't conceal. Their lipsticks don't stick. They're paying $75 for a lipstick to keep up with their friends who spend that much on their makeup. To me, it's ridiculous waste of money but for other's it's a status symbol. It's their choice. I've seen so much change with the internet. Everyone calls themselves an expert and you don't know what to believe. I'm telling you here, I AM ONE. I love guiding women (and men) who don't know what to choose, where to start, or how to apply them. Are you tired of spending thousands of dollars on trendy products that were wrong for you and sit in your drawer because you hate wasting them and the money you spent on them? I'll guide you to the self image YOU want to project with my products and techniques that work. If that sounds good to you, YOU ARE MY PEOPLE! I found you and you found me!
